What it means
A euro stablecoin issued by Circle: one EURC is meant to be worth one euro, backed by euro reserves.
Circle holds cash and short term deposits equal to the EURC in circulation and publishes regular reports on them. EURC is issued under MiCA, the EU's rules for crypto-assets.
How it works
In Defied, EURC is your digital euro balance. You can top it up from your bank with SEPA where available, send it, or exchange it for USDC.
