What it means
Twelve or twenty-four words that back up a wallet's private key. It's also called a recovery phrase.
Most wallets ask you to write it down and keep it safe. Anyone who finds it can take your money, and if you lose it, nobody can restore your wallet.
How it works
Defied has no seed phrase to write down: you sign in with your email or Google, and you can still export your key whenever you want.
